Here at Burley Manor, we know how to make your afternoon tea one you won’t forget. If you fancy something sweet, you have the option of a glazed lemon tart, triple chocolate brownie, lemon polenta cake and strawberry victoria sponge. If our savoury menu is what excites you, we don’t blame you, with the option of a manchego and beetroot cream cheese scone, sundried tomato quiche, honey roasted ham with baby gem lettuce and whole grain mustard and smoked salmon with cucumber and crème fraîche – we’re drooling just thinking about it! You’ll find it hard to choose between our wide range of tea with anything from Chamomile and Earl Grey Supreme, to Fine China Jasmine or Darjeeling. And don’t forget the scones – plain or fruity topped with Naked Jam and Dorset clotted cream. All of this amazing selection for just £25 per person.

Visit our 1820 restaurant at Forest Lodge for an afternoon tea for only £19.95 per person. Treat your sweet tooth and choose from a spring fruit tartlet, pistachio and chocolate brownie, orange posset with an almond shortbread and white chocolate dipped tiramisu profiteroles. If you’re after something savoury,opt for the hummus and roasted pepper, smoked salmon with chives and crème fresh, ham and cheese potato croquettes or smoked cheese and peas arancini. Again, at 1820 you’ll be showered in a range of teas, anywhere from Moroccan Mint to Lapsang Souchong. Here, you can have either fruity or plain scones with jam and Dorset clotted cream.

Bartley Lodge

Sit back and sip on delicious teas whilst nibbling on savoury foods such as chalk stream smoked trout and cucumber, Hampshire cooked ham with tomatoes and mustard mayonnaise, coastal cheddar with tomato and apple chutney and warm pork and apple sage roll. To finish (or to start!) treat yourself to something sweet – lemon drizzle poppy seed cake, dark chocolate with a honeycomb slice, Dorset apple cake (to share) and spiced rhubarb fool are all up for grabs. An afternoon tea wouldn’t be complete without scones – you can have your scones plain or fruity with strawberry jam and Dorset clotted cream. Here at Bartley Lodge, afternoon teas are £19.95 per person.

Taylor’s Bar

This wonderful bar is the perfect place to get together with friends and family, and what better way to catch up with your nearest and dearest than over a scrumptious afternoon tea?
When you choose savoury at Taylor’s Bar, you’ll experience the likes of coronation chicken on white bloomer, Wiltshire ham with wholegrain mustard on granary bloomer, salmon and dill crème fraîche and cucumber chives and tunworth – what a selection! Our sweeter options are rich chocolate choux bun, milk chocolate coated eclair with vanilla Chantilly cream, cranberry and vanilla macaron and spiced carrot cake. You also have the choice of freshly baked scones, plain or fruity, complemented with jam and clotted cream. And don’t forget the amazing variety of tea! All this and a cracking atmosphere for only £19.95.
