It all began back in the late eighties as a small independent family-owned business who fell in love with the forest, which hasn’t changed, we’re just a little bigger. Our collection now includes five hotels – Bartley Lodge, Burley Manor, Forest Lodge, Moorhill House and Beaulieu Inn plus The Drift, our pub restaurant. All are in the very heart of the New Forest with instant access to the breath-taking, spacious National Park.
Working with and looking after our precious environment and local community is at the core of our company mission. We are custodians of our beautiful surroundings and as such have a proactive sustainability and environment road map to keep us accountable and on track. The Green Butterfly is a symbol of our dedication to protect, care for and prolong the future of our home. Wherever a green butterfly is found, a huge amount of behind-the-scenes research has been conducted to ensure we are doing all we can to better our environmental contribution.
Inspired by the uniqueness of our locations, each of our New Forest properties have their own individual personality but our top-notch service and philosophy are the same. We’re all about warm, intuitive hospitality. Comfy, nature-inspired rooms with all the mod-cons. And the kind of food you can’t wait to tuck into.
Big believers that nature promises restoration, step away from your day to day to simply sit and be in stunning surroundings, whilst you’re looked after by our friendly, enthusiastic team – whether it’s dinner, a spot of afternoon tea, or a casual family get-together.
We’re dog-friendly, so bring your furry friend and bring the family, too, because we have the perfect space to welcome everyone. For complete tranquillity, it’s grown-up’s only at Burley Manor.
