Burley Manor


A vibrant, relaxed all-day restaurant and alfresco terrace, both with spectacular views over the neighbouring deer park. Using the best ingredients from as close a radius as possible, dishes are infused with renowned flavours of the Mediterranean and cooked to perfection in our wood-fired oven. An ever-changing wine list, uniquely all available by a third of a bottle carafe (250ml) makes it easier to sample something new. Not to overlook the Manor’s English heritage, afternoon tea is served in the drawing room. Perfect if you are looking to treat yourself to a spot of fine dining in Hampshire.

The Drift


If you’re looking for where to eat in the New Forest, then this relaxed and informal country pub restaurant has menus filled with modern pub classics and some best-loved British dishes too. Serving anything from breakfast, lunch up to dinner, food showcases great British cooking at its very best; drinks include beers, cask ales and spirits from the best local brewers and distillers. Families and dogs are always welcome at our Hampshire pub. The Drift is also home to a much loved Sunday lunch in the New Forest.

Bartley Lodge


A country house kitchen serving up a best of British-inspired menu, using seasonal locally-sourced ingredients. Food can be enjoyed in the restaurant, on the terrace in the sunshine, in the glass splendour of our orangery or by the fires in our cosy sitting rooms.
