Bramshaw Golf Club is home to two golf courses in the New Forest. The original course is the Forest Course. This was built in 1865 and is the oldest golf course in Hampshire. The Forest Course has many humps and meandering streams which will be sure to test your skills. As well as this it is common for deer and horses to cross the fairway.
Opened in 1971, the Manor Course is surrounded by the neutral beauty of the New Forest and towering mature trees. It has stunning greens and stretching fairways that are great fun for golfers of all abilities. It is known to be one of the best golf courses in South England.
Brokenhurst Manor Golf Club is located in the village of Brockenhurst. This New Forest golf club is great for visitors of all ages and is welcome to families. Visitors can enjoy 18 holes of golf. Throughout the year the venue also hosts several open competitions. The fairways are lined with trees which makes for lovely views whilst you play.
New Forest Golf Club is the second oldest golf club in Hampshire. It is located in the heart of the New Forest National Park – on the outskirts of Lyndhurst. Established in 1888, the course is full of natural beauty from the towering trees to the New Forest ponies that roam the course. Throughout the year there are a host of competitions for you to look out for.
Hamptworth Golf Club is a popular course that is open all year round. It is situated in Wiltshire. The 18 hole golf course is one of the best in South England and has even hosted professional tournaments. It is a challenging course that is fun for all abilities, with a meandering river that will be sure to test your skill.
Barton-On-Sea Golf Club was founded in 1897 and boasts 27 holes across the course that are a combination of designs from 1932 and 1992. The picturesque New Forest golf course is open all year round. It is more suited to capable players.
A great way to enjoy the fun of golf without any experience is adventure golf! New Forest Adventure Golf is a family friendly mini golf course in Lymington. The course is designed to mirror the New Forest and has 18 holes.
