Across our New Forest locations we have a host of fantastic activities for team building activity days. 

Each of the activities are designed to build team spirit, connect further with your staff, establish better communication and increase productivity. These activities include anything from archery, off-road buggy racing, laser clay shooting, large inflatable games and Bell Long Ranger helicopter flights to chocolate making, all in the privacy of our grounds. Meeting rooms available

Each of our New Forest team away day venues offers a selection of rooms to stay in while with us, as well as meeting rooms onsite to ensure that every element of your team building day or extended retreat can be handled onsite or locally. From breakfast, through to team building activities, dinner times and the meetings in between, you’ll find all you need in our light and spacious, fully air-conditioned meeting rooms. 

We have a selection of meeting rooms across our venues: in Bartley Lodge there are 4 spacious meeting rooms able to hold 20 – 150 guests. Beaulieu Inn also has 4 meeting rooms that can seat 60 – 250 guests comfortably, and Burley Manor and Forest Lodge’s 3 meeting venues holding between 10 – 100 guests.

The perfect places to stay for a Team Building Away Day

Across our locations we offer our guests a huge selection of charming rooms, exceptional leisure facilities and gorgeous local scenery and produce from our various onsite restaurants. When you arrive you can take full advantage of our onsite parking and EV charging facilities, as well as touring the grounds of your accommodation. Keep an eye out for the native New Forest ponies and other local species whilst exploring our grounds and gardens. 

You’ll find everything you need onsite, including wellness facilities in Burley Manor. Enjoy relaxing beauty treatments, massages, and other rejuvenating treatments designed to improve wellness and wellbeing. We also have some onsite restaurants, including our country style pub The Drift, and the award winning 1820.

Our choice of onsite restaurants includes locally sourced British choices from the fabulous Bartley Lodge restaurant. As well as contemporary British and Mediterranean inspired plates from the Burley restaurant at historic Burley Manor, and some gorgeous country classics at The Drift, our charming country style pub which is just a stones throw from Beaulieu Inn. 

The menus include a variety of small and large plates, items from the grill, and vegetarian options, ensuring all members of your team can enjoy their dining experience when you visit us for your team away day.

Stunning location for Team Building Away Days

The New Forest is around 2 hours outside of London with Bartley Lodge and Burley Manor just under 90 minutes from central London. Our most local neighbouring cities being Southampton and Bournemouth. Getting to us for your team building away day couldn’t be easier with the A31 and M27 nearby. Local train stations include Southampton Central, Brockenhurst and Ashurst railway station. 

Locally you will find a huge selection of things to do, with day trips to foodie spot Lyndhurst, the New Forest National park is also nearby and certainly not one to miss for those looking to absorb as much scenery as possible. Additionally, there is a selection of activity centres such as Tile Barn Outdoor Centre, gorgeous gardens like Furzey Gardens and nature reserves such as Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary.
