Discounted entry to Exbury Gardens should be arranged with our reservations department, where you will be given a discount code to be used upon booking tickets direct with Exbury Gardens, either online or upon arrival.

Discounted entry to Exbury Gardens is for garden admission only and does not include their railway.

This offer includes a two night stay and a one day pass to Exbury Gardens.

Does not include the cost of miniature stream train ride.

Forest Lodge, Beaulieu Inn and Bartley Lodge have an indoor heated pool open annually. The pool at Burley Manor is an outdoor non-heated wellness pool and is open seasonally. Meaning we cannot guarantee it being open during your stay.

There is a £15 additional dog charge at Bartley Lodge, Beaulieu Inn, Burley Manor and Forest Lodge.

Assistance dogs are free.

Each hotel, excluding Burley Manor has a BP Pulse and a BP pulse (50KW). Burley Manor has a 13-amp champing point. All electric car charge points are chargeable.
