This offer includes a three-night stay for the price of two and is based on our non-flexible rate for a Classic Room or above – Subject to availability.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, Each stay is priced per room and the offer must be taken in consecutive days at the same venue

Valid at Beaulieu Inn, Bartley Lodge, Burley Manor and Forest Lodge.

Forest Lodge, Beaulieu Inn and Bartley Lodge have an indoor heated pool open annually. The pool at Burley Manor is an outdoor non-heated wellness pool and is open seasonally. We cannot guarantee the pool to be open during your stay.

There is a £15 per dog per night additional charge at Bartley Lodge, Burley Manor and Forest Lodge. Assistance dogs are free

Each hotel, excluding Burley Manor has a BP Pulse and a BP pulse (50KW). Burley Manor has a 13-amp car charging point. All electric car charge points are chargeable

Full payment to be taken at time of booking by either credit or debit card

Cancellation Policy: non-refundable and non-transferable
