We have included below all the information you might need during your visit. Breakfast is served weekdays from 7am until 9.45am and weekends from 7.30-9.45am in The Drift Inn, next door to our main hotel. For room only bookings, breakfast can be added to your stay from £12 for continental only. If your booking includes our continental breakfast, you can upgrade to Full Cooked and Continental from just £10. Please book your preferred time slot with our reception team if you haven’t done so already.
Lunch is available in The Drift Inn from 12-4pm. Enjoy afternoon tea in our Taylor’s Bar & Lounge, available from 2-4.30pm daily.
If you would like to dine with us in the evening, please do book a table at The Drift Inn between 5.30 and 9pm daily.
We have a heated indoor pool, which is complimentary for all hotel residents, subject to availability. The pool is open daily 8am until 8pm. Please ask reception for the door code. Leisure towels are available from the pool area, please do not use the towels from your room. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Lone swimmers must inform Reception when they go in and out of the pool for safety.
We are more than happy to recommend local walks in the New Forest for you to enjoy during your stay with us. You can find routes, directions and a map for each of our favourite walks by clicking the link below. Please do remember to follow the Forest Code during your walk.
We have plenty of local attractions surrounding us, within a short walk or drive. You can find these in our Experiences section.
Just a polite reminder, if you bring your four-legged friends with you, please do not leave them unattended if you leave the hotel during your stay. Also, please make sure they are on a lead in public areas, and be aware that dogs are not allowed in the pool area. A cleaning fee may be applied, should there be any mishaps during your stay.
To respect your privacy and minimise disruptions, rooms are not serviced during your stay. If you need additional items (e.g. towels, toiletries, or other amenities), we’ll be happy to deliver them to your room, please just let us know at reception. Full room servicing is available upon request – again, just let us know.

Check out is by 11am on your day of departure. If you would like to extend your stay or depart later, please speak with reception to check availability and any possible charges.
We accept debit or credit card payments throughout the hotel. Unfortunately we are a cashless environment and cannot accept Amex
We operate as a non-smoking/non-vaping hotel, we have designated outdoor areas where you can smoke/vape
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with your nearest fire exits and escape routes. These are displayed on the back of your bedroom door. Please inform reception if you need extra assistance in the event of a fire.
