Enjoy restorative evening yoga and energising morning yoga led by Sharon, an experienced Yoga Teacher and Health and Wellness Coach specialising in menopause transition and beyond. Her nurturing classes are designed to support your body and mind, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and at peace.
- Style & Confidence Workshop with Sarah Sullivan
Rediscover your unique style and learn to dress with confidence at any stage of life with Sarah from Style Solutions by Sarah. Her empowering workshop will help you embrace your body, celebrate your individuality, and “dress up and show up” with self-assurance.
- Make Up Workshop with Lisa Virgo
Lisa is an experienced makeup artist passionate about helping women feel confident at every stage of life. In Saturday’s Makeup for Midlife workshop, she’ll share simple, flattering techniques to refresh your routine and enhance your natural beauty, leaving you feeling radiant and empowered.
- Healing Sound Bath with Michelle from Sound Therapy Hampshire
Soothe your soul with a healing sound bath following Saturday evening’s yoga practice, where the gentle vibrations of sound will bring relaxation and emotional release, creating a profound sense of inner calm and renewal.
Indulgent Nourishment
Throughout the retreat, enjoy the comfort of two nights’ accommodation and an array of nourishing meals. Savour morning tea, coffee and fruit, along with hearty post-yoga brunches on Saturday and Sunday. Each evening, relax and connect over a delicious two-course dinner.

The retreat begins on Friday afternoon and concludes on Sunday following brunch, offering you time to unwind, connect with like-minded women, and leave feeling renewed, radiant, and energised.

Outline Itinerary:
Friday:
Arrival from midday onwards – check-in available from 3pm (Sarah and Sharon to greet) – Tea/Coffee/Refreshments
Check in to rooms 3pm and change into yoga clothes
4pm – 6pm Welcome Circle/Intros and Menopause yoga in Ipley Room
7pm Dinner, followed by free time to get to know each other, relax and enjoy some quiet time before bed.
Saturday:
Tea/Coffee/Fruit available from 8am– self serve
9.00 Yoga class
10.30-11.30 Brunch
12.30pm Style Workshop
2.00 Tea/Coffee break
2.30-4.00 Make-up workshop
4.30 -6.30 Yoga and sound bath*

*Sound Bath Exemptions Include:
1) No heart conditions or pacemakers
2) Epilepsy
3) No pregnancy before 3 months
4) Must be 6 weeks post operations
5) Severe mental health conditions such as psychosis
