In Bartley Lodge, there are 4 spacious venue rooms able to hold 20 – 150 guests. Beaulieu Inn also has 4 venue rooms that can seat 60 – 250 guests comfortably, and Burley Manor and Forest Lodge’s 3 venues hold between 10 – 100 guests. You’ll find our venues to comfortably accommodate a huge number of guests for a retirement party you’ll simply never forget.

Situated in the gorgeous south of England, the New Forest is around 2 hours outside of London with the most local neighbouring cities being Southampton and Bournemouth. Reaching us by car couldn’t be easier and the A31 and M27 are nearby for convenient use. We have parking at all of our locations to ensure all guests can arrive with ease. If you’re reaching us by train, however, the local train stations include Southampton Central, Brockenhurst and Ashurst railway station.
