Bartley Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 150 delegates and is just minutes away from the M27 for easy access via car. We also offer a flexible range of meeting spaces, beautiful terrace areas and breathtaking lawns for inspiring conversation and a moment in the fresh country air. 

The striking Beaulieu Inn can accommodate up to 250 guests within its elegant interiors, providing the perfect location for team building and a spectacular corporate party venue. Beaulieu Inn also offers an outdoor paddock with views of the surrounding heathland and activities such as clay pigeon shooting and falconry. Ideal for your next corporate party venue. 

Our other venues include Forest Lodge, a beautiful contemporary townhouse with charming views and great travel links. You’ll be in the perfect location, just minutes away from the foodie town of Lyndhurst and just four miles from the M27. Forest Lodge is a boutique townhouse hotel and the perfect corporate party venue for you and your guests, housing up to 100 delegates. 

And finally, one of the New Forest’s most exceptional corporate party venues, Burley Manor, housing up to 100 delegates in fantastic converted barns. Burley Manor is the perfect location to get stuck into some big ideas and creative thinking, while also enjoying some downtime and delicious food in the onsite restaurant. The original barn offers the perfect location for brainstorming during the day and a fabulous corporate party venue for the evenings.

As well as a host of onsite restaurants and beautiful gardens at each of our locations, you will also benefit from free onsite parking and EV charging facilities. Our restaurants include charming The Drift, award winning 1820, and other onsite eateries at Burley Manor and Bartley Lodge. Not to mention access to the gardens and grounds where you may see sights of the local wildlife, including the New Forest ponies and donkeys and the leaping deer.

Our nearest major cities are Southampton and Bournemouth where you can reach us by train, arriving at local stations in nearby Brockenhurst, Totton and Beaulieu Road. Our nearest airports are Southampton and Bournemouth and our nearest motorways are the M3 and the A30 and A338 if you are driving to us, with quick access to junction 1 of the M27 from Bartley Lodge and Forest Lodge. 

Each of the locations within our Collection can be located within the New Forest area across the areas of Beaulieu, Burley, Lyndhurst and beyond, and the wider New Forest area is truly breathtaking with a vast history, forestscapes and country walks and hikes for a unique corporate retreat.
