Step by step instructions to make Sunday Chicken Roast
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper inside and out.
- Cut the head of garlic in half horizontally, and place the halves inside the chicken’s cavity, along with the sliced lemon.
