In celebration of International Women’s Day and this year’s #embraceequity theme, we sat down with three incredible women who are paving the way across our Collection.
We sat down with Allison Letherbarrow, Services Support Manager, Laura Garner-Willets, Collection General Manager and Nadia Schicchi, Beaulieu Inn and The Drift General Manager to hear all about their hospitality journeys as three women, all with different stories and aspirations. Allison speaks of her transition from self employment to General Manager and now her joys of sharing her learning with team members. Laura, her return to work after having her daughter Ellie in 2021 and Nadia, having moved from Italy to pursue her dreams of running her own hospitality business.
We are incredibly inspired by each of their stories and with this year’s embracing equity theme, we thought it was only right to spotlight how all three are championing the hospitality industry.
