The independent family-run business, are located in the heart of Burley village, only a stone’s throw away from Burley Manor, and have been hand-crafting fudge since 1998.
A popular spot with visitors and locals, they have over 40 unique, but equally as delicious, flavours for you to choose from, including Scottish Butter Tablet and Chocolate Chilli Fudge. Experimentation is key to their artisan business, combining a variety of tastes and ingredients to enrich their mouth-watering flavours. Meaning one flavour is never enough.
Did you know you can purchase a variety of fudge textures too? Hard, crumbly, smooth or creamy, you name it they are likely to make it. Burley Fudge also caters to a variety of dietary requirements, crafting gluten-free, vegan, low-sugar, dairy-free and lactose-free alternatives. There is something for everyone.
As you tour through Burley village, perhaps after a walk or cycle, be sure to stop by their shop. Benches and a small children’s play area, located just outside, make the perfect resting point while you enjoy your sweet treat.
