National Hospitality Day 2022
We are so pleased to be celebrating National Hospitality Day again. Last year was a triumph and we were so proud to be a part of what we believe is a historic turning point in our industry. National Hospitality Day mark the changing of tides and breaking the stigma of our excellent industry.
A year on, our thanks to our people and loyal customers remains greater than ever. As we continue to face the unprecedented challenges and mopping up the aftermath of a 2-year pandemic, collective effort across the sector to innovate in the face of crisis has shown how truly resilient we are.
As a collection of hotels, within a popular tourist belt, it is paramount our focus continues to be on delivering strong service to our guests and supporting our people in equal measure. Which is why this year, we continue our celebrations and tokens of gratitude by promoting National Hospitality Day and their partnering organisations, Hospitality Action, The Drinks Trust, Licensed Trade Charity, Springboard and Only A Pavement Away, as our charity for September. Meaning all active £1 donations from our guests will be used to continue providing the necessary tools to support the bread and butter of our industry; our people. We will also be donating a number of stays across our Collection to our team members, as without their hard work and determination we would not be celebrating this amazing day.
It is no secret the hospitality industry has had a few troublesome and tiresome years, but the sheer talent and passion of our people will continue to see us grow. So please show your support, vote with your feet and book a stay at one of our gorgeous New Forest hotels this September.
