In the lead up to Halloween, Beaulieu will be hosting all sorts of activities throughout
October half term. Spot the giant spiders lurking in the National Motor Museum, or have your face painted whilst listening to stories of ghosts and ghouls. If you’re feeling
adventurous, try and spot the fairy doors along the Mill Pond Walk, or find the tree
carvings of griffins, the Hydra and the mythical Green Man.

With a reduced entry fee for children who wear fancy dress, you can’t say no to Longdown Activity Farm. There will be an opportunity for the little ones to carve their own pumpkin, and on the 28th of October there will be an opportunity to meet snakes and lizards once The Creature Teacher arrives!
Exbury Gardens – 22nd – 28th October
The Monster train is out at Exbury Gardens, as well as their autumnal blooms! Ride the Monster, get stuck into Halloween-themed craft activities, enter some creepy competitions, or follow a gruesome garden trail. Plus, with pick your own pumpkin to carve for only £3, enjoy a haunted craft workshop and much more – You definitely won’t be stuck for things to do.
Paulton’s Park – 6th October – 5th November
It will be a very happy Halloween at Paulton’s Park this year, as they celebrate with a spook-tastic show and new attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Thousands of pumpkins, spooky meet and greets, and a freaky fancy dress competition are just a handful of activities Paulton’s Park has to offer this month. A brand new Spooktacular show and comically frightful walk through experience will take place at the end of the month, as well as their Monster’s Ball Finale to finish each day, your little ones are bound to enjoy a trip here!
