INTRODUCING

Bartley Lodge’s New Cocktail Menu

May, 2018

When joining us for a New Forest getaway, we understand the importance of indulgence and giving yourself a much needed pick-me-up, and that’s why at Bartley Lodge Hotel, our dedicated and passionate bar team have put together a brand new cocktail list, perfect for enjoying at the bar or taking to our cosy lounges and settling in for the evening.

Their menu features seven cocktails, all shaken, stirred and muddled together using the finest of local gins, vodkas and mixers as well as some of those well-known names we all know. At the top of the list we have a favourite of many, the Cosmo featuring Absolut vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and lime juice.

If gins your go to tipple of choice then our Negroni is the cocktail for you. Muddled together is Campari, Lymington gin and Martini Rosso – its makes the perfect aperitif!

Are you a lover of Tequila? Then choose our Basil Margarita, featuring Olmeca tequila, Cointreau, handpicked basil and lime juice. This one is a little punchy, but we think you’ll like it.

Prosecco is a favourite for all of us, but we love adding a touch of Chambord liqueur to give it a little raspberry flavour – It’s the perfect pink fizzy treat.

If you’re joining us for a celebration then our champagne socialist featuring Lymington gin, Mumm champagne, cherry brandy, orange and lemon juice is the ultimate cocktail to get the celebrations started.

Looking for a Martini? Then it has to be our Espresso Martini. Perfectly shaken together is Absolut vodka, kahlua and a shot of espresso before being strained into a chilled glass and garnished with coffee beans.

Last but most-certainly not least, we have our Rum Royale; Bacardi Carta Blanca, Chambord, Disaronno, pineapple juice, lemon juice and a splash of soda, served over lashings of ice – Our mouths are watering just thinking about it!

All you have to do now is choose which one you’d like to try first and we’ll see you at the bar.
