If you are looking for a special wedding venue not only for your wedding reception, but also for your civil wedding ceremony, then you have come to the right place.
Our contemporary town hotel, BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge located in Lyndhurst, has three licensed rooms, perfect for civil wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships or commitment ceremonies of between 60 and 150 wedding guests.
For your ceremony choose from the Forest Room function suite, stylishly decorated in keeping with the Georgian origins of the hotel. The Forest Room suite can hold up to 150 wedding guests and feautures neutral decor, beautiful chandeliers, and opens out onto the courtyard gardens. The Glasshouse is a modern addition to the hotel, with wooden floors and retro chandelier, and is licensed for up to 90 wedding guests.
During the summer months, we are also able to have blessings in the landscaped gardens (subject to weather of course!).
Our friendly team are here to help you and they can give you advice on when best to book the Superintendent Registrar. For New Forest wedding ceremonies, you can contact the Registrar’s office on 0845 603 5637 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
