All of our New Forest restaurants serve food created using local ingredients from suppliers they know and trust, ensuring that you’ll have a true taste of the New Forest.

Whether its breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, Sunday lunch or dinner, our chefs will make sure you remember your time in your chosen restaurant. All of our restaurants have been awarded AA Rosettes for their culinary excellence, with the Glasshouse Restaurant at our BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge Hotel receiving two.

In the unlikely event that we have “slipped up” and you do find a lower rate on line then the following terms apply
  • All valid claims will have their rate price matched and receive a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).
  • Any claims must be made through the hotel reservation’s team within 48 hours of booking
  • The lower price must be bookable on a Third Party website (excluding the NFTA website*) and still be available when checked
  • The lower price must be for
    • The same property and room type
    • The same arrival/departure dates and length of stay
    • The same conditions (meal plan, cancellation and booking policy etc.)
  • Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are not eligible for this offer
  • The hotels standard T’s and C’s will still apply
