Our village hideaway in Burley is the perfect venue for balls and gala dinners. Located at the end of a long driveway and hidden in the woods Moorhill House Hotel offers charm and character creating a unique party venue.

The Vereley Room with its elegant long framed windows overlooking the landscaped gardens is perfect for more intimate gala dinners of up to 40 guests. The Burley Room benefits from its simple décor, spacious surroundings and doors opening onto the terraced garden, ideal for larger dinners of up to 100 guests. For balls with an evening drinks reception, dance and elegant buffet the Burley Room can host up to 150 guests so there is no need to miss anyone off the guest list.

With so much organising involved with events like this and so many guests to impress we recognise the important of having a dedicated event co-coordinator who will help you plan your event to suit your every need and budget. Our award-winning chefs enjoy creating bespoke menus to impress all your guests and our friendly and professional hotel staff will ensure your ball or gala runs smoothly so all you have to do compile your guest list, send out the invitations and arrive in time to enjoy your event.
