If you’re planning a summer ball or gala dinner our forest retreat near Beaulieu is the ideal venue to give your event a touch of class. The Beaulieu Suite with its plentiful space, private bar and French doors leading onto the terraced garden is perfect for lavish celebrations.

With room to seat up to 190 for a gala dinner and 250 for a summer ball with champagne drinks reception on the lawn and buffet you will be able to invite everyone you wanted to. For smaller celebrations the Ippley and Exbury rooms can seat around 80 guests and both have with direct access to the gardens.

Events of this size involve much organizing which is why we have a dedicated event co-coordinator who will help you plan your event to suit your wishes and budget. Our award-winning chefs enjoy creating tailor-made menus to impress all your guests and our friendly and professional hotel staff will ensure your event runs like clockwork so all you have to do is find your outfit, enjoy a glass of champagne and soak up the atmosphere.
