With its rich history and worldwide renown, the New Forest is the ideal location to hold your celebration, whether you are planning an intimate wedding or a grand affair – New Forest Hotels have the perfect venue for you.

Join us on Sunday 24th February 2013, 12-5pm, for the New Forest Wedding showcase. Our four hotels, Bartley Lodge Hotel, Beaulieu Hotel, BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge Hotel and Moorhill House Hotel will all be open and ready to show you the licenced wedding rooms and reception facilities. Our wedding organisers will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to work with you to plan your special day.

We have a range of wedding packages on offer, all including red carpet, room hire, a three course sit down wedding breakfast, drinks package, cake stand and knife, and an overnight stay in one of our four poster bedrooms, designed to give you a head start and to take the ease off some of the pressure. Our team are also happy to create a bespoke wedding package that suits both you and your budget.

In the unlikely event that we have “slipped up” and you do find a lower rate on line then the following terms apply
  • All valid claims will have their rate price matched and receive a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).
  • Any claims must be made through the hotel reservation’s team within 48 hours of booking
  • The lower price must be bookable on a Third Party website (excluding the NFTA website*) and still be available when checked
  • The lower price must be for
    • The same property and room type
    • The same arrival/departure dates and length of stay
    • The same conditions (meal plan, cancellation and booking policy etc.)
  • Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are not eligible for this offer
  • The hotels standard T’s and C’s will still apply
