Spellbound: Exhibition at Moorhill House Hotel

Sybil Leek was something of a celebrity in her day and Darren Canning, Assistant Manager of our Burley village hideaway,
Moorhill House Hotel, has spent many months researching her life and works. All of which will be displayed in a Halloween Witches Exhibition from 9am-9pm on Saturday 29th October at Moorhill. Everyone is welcome to this interactive exhibition and its free!

If you fancy a walk from Burley Village to Moorhill House Hotel, follow the directions below:
Facing the post office at the stone cross war memorial in the middle of the village turn right.
Follow the road on the pavement past the petrol station and to the village hall.
Cross the road to the New Forest Team Room.
Take the path to the left beside the Tea Room signposted for the Cider Press.
Walk through the gate to the Cider Press.
Go through a second smaller gate next to the Cider Press car park and follow the path along between the field and the forest.
You will come to an old cob stable which you can pass to the right over two styles or the left on a dirt path along the side of the trees.
Straight on across a swathe of grass you will see the tarmaced drive.
Turn right up the hill passing a red letter box set in a wall and you will see the hotel in just a few moments.
