The Apprentice comes to Beaulieu Hotel!

Solent Education Business Partnership (EBP) and New Forest Hotels are organising an exciting ‘Apprentice’ style challenge for the Waterside primary schools in the New Forest.
All primary schools have been invited to participate in a ‘Fruit Punch Challenge’ which will take place at our Beaulieu Hotel on Thursday 14th July. Six schools will enter one or two teams of four children who will compete to create a new drink, with the winning one on sale at all four of our hotels and our pub during the summer months.
Each team will be made up of a Project Manager, Marketing Director, Event Planner and Mixologist. There will be experts from business in each of these areas on hand during the day to help. The teams will have to decide who is going to take on each role and will then be expected to create a new fruit punch, plan a launch event and pitch their ideas to the experts for them to decide on a winner.
The challenge aims to give the children the opportunity to compete against other local primary schools in a fun setting and offers them a chance to test their entrepreneurial skills in a real life business challenge away from the classroom.
