Winners of the New Forest Wedding Showcase prize draw celebrate with champagne at Bartley Lodge Hotel. On 21 November 2010 a 'New Forest Wedding Showcase' was held with 26 hotels participating from the New Forest. All the hotels were open, including our four hotels, for prospective couples to view their wedding facilities. Here at New Forest Hotels our wedding organisers greeted couples and showed them around their hotels which were prepared as if for a wedding. Our award-winning chefs served delicious canapés and fruit punch all day. Couples had the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win 20 bottles of Perrier Jouet champagne. The prize was available to any couple that booked their wedding at one of the participating hotels either on the day or within a 3 month period as a result of attending the showcase. The day was a great success with over 100 couples visiting the New Forest wedding destinations and many couples booking their wedding on the day itself. The lucky couple to win the prize were Adele Palmer and Richard Harris who booked their wedding at our country classic hotel, Bartley Lodge, in Cadnam. They are due to marry at the newly refurbished hotel in October this year where they and their guests will enjoy a champagne toast of Perrier Jouet champagne. Our next New Forest Wedding Showcase event takes place on 20th November 2011 when all four of our hotels will be open again given future brides and grooms the opportunity to imagine their dream day in one of our wedding destinations.
