We are proud to hold a number of awards for our hospitality and service, the quality of our hotels, the excellence of our food, for supporting our local producers and for encouraging green tourism.

		AA 3 Stars Our hotels have all been awarded an AA 3 Star rating which is awarded for achieving high standards in hospitality and service. We provide a friendly welcome, good-quality and well-presented bedrooms and furnishings and a choice of good-quality, freshly cooked food.
		AA 1 Rosette for Dining Our Bartley Lodge, Moorhill House and Beaulieu Hotel Restaurants have all been awarded an AA Rosette, as they are deemed to achieve standards in food that stand out in the local area. Serving food prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good quality ingredients.
		AA 2 Rosettes for Dining Our BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge Hotel, Glasshouse Restaurant, has been awarded with 2 AA Rosettes as it is deemed to be an excellent restaurant, which aims for and achieves higher standards than a 1 rosette restaurant, better consistency and has greater precision which is apparent in the cooking, paying attention to the selection of quality ingredients.
		The New Forest Marque We are proud that most of the food served in our hotels carries the New Forest Marque. In order to carry this mark all producers rear or create produce within the New Forest. By choosing goods with the New Forest Marque you can be sure that you are buying quality goods which haven't had to travel hundreds or thousands of miles to reach you.
		The Green Leaf Tourism Scheme We are proud to be part of The Green Leaf Tourism scheme which is specifically designed to encourage New Forest tourism stakeholders to respect the destination and local people. Green Leaf Tourism businesses support local communities and help to establish positive relationships between the tourism industry in the New Forest and local communities.
