All you need to do is make your booking via the Hotel’s own website and you will receive the following benefits:

  • Bed and Breakfast rate – only available when you book direct.
  • A ‘Brand New Forest Card’ worth £5, offering you many exclusive discounts locally; only available to cardholders.

This is a New Forest initiative and only the following hotels who display the logo have signed up to provide these guarantees: Balmer Lawn Hotel, Bartley Lodge Hotel, Beaulieu Hotel, Careys Manor Hotel & Senspa, Cottage Lodge, Montagu Arms, BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge Hotel, Moorhill House Hotel and Hotel Terravina,

In the unlikely event that we have “slipped up” and you do find a lower rate on line then the following terms apply
  • All valid claims will have their rate price matched and receive a complimentary upgrade (subject to availability).
  • Any claims must be made through the hotel reservation’s team within 48 hours of booking
  • The lower price must be bookable on a Third Party website (excluding the NFTA website*) and still be available when checked
  • The lower price must be for
    • The same property and room type
    • The same arrival/departure dates and length of stay
    • The same conditions (meal plan, cancellation and booking policy etc.)
  • Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are not eligible for this offer
  • The hotels standard T’s and C’s will still apply
