Corporate Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Administrator to work at our busy Head Office in Lyndhurst.
Responding to incoming corporate meeting enquiries, with a view to converting these enquiries to confirmed bookings and to provide administration duties and general support within the conference sales department.
Qualifications and Experience Required:-
Accurate, organised and efficient administration skills.
Confident, target driven and well presented.
Confident telephone manner, with the ability to problem solve and use own initiative.
Excellent IT skills required - including word, excel and outlook.
Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to deal with correspondence of a confidential nature.
Flexible working attitude, to be able to work as a team and to cover for colleagues when necessary.
Understanding of the industry.
To be able to prioritise workloads.
Transport essential due to the location.
The hours will be 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
