In common with all our New Forest hotels, BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge Hotel in Lyndhurst is easy to find, but hard to leave.
If you're coming from London head south on the M3 then join the M27 towards Bournemouth and the south coast. Take the exit at Junction 1 – it's signposted New Forest. At the first roundabout take the first exit towards the A337 to Lyndhurst, then at the second roundabout take the third exit, again towards Lyndhurst on the A337.
After three miles you'll see 30mph signs. Turn right into Pikes Hill, just after the police station and law courts, and you will see BEST WESTERN Forest Lodge Hotel immediately in front of you.
Please note that in high season the A337 can become very busy and you may wish to use the shortcut to the hotel. If you take the third exit on the right off the A337 after the farm and opposite the black pillar follow this road along until you reach the T-junction. Take a left at the junction and follow the narrow road, continue over the cattle grid passed the pub on your right and you will see the entrance to the hotel on your right hand side.
