We get lots of groups staying at our New Forest Hotels. Whether it's a wedding reception, a family party, a business conference, school reunion or a gathering of New Forest enthusiasts, you can be confident that our staff will be happy to help you plan your visit and help you organize everything from start to finish.

We’ll make sure you have a memorable, hassle-free experience with discounts available to all groups of 14 people or more. For group reservations between October and July, we are pleased to offer a 20% discount (excluding school holidays, Christmas and New Year) and for summer group bookings between the months of July and September (excluding school holidays) we are offering a 10% discount.  Groups of 30 or more people and travelling by coach, we will happily accommodate the driver free of charge.
