The Beaulieu Hotel has fresh bread made every day by our in house Baker, Frank. The head chef, Mike, is well known for his dishes that include hand-picked Dorset crab and Seared Fordingbridge Trout.
When it comes to picking your meal you will struggle to decide with so many tempting dishes on the menu. Popular favorites include the Trinity Farm tea smoked pigeon & apple salad with a beetroot sorbet to start followed by the Hampshire lamb cooked two ways with bubble and squeak and a pea puree. Choosing desert isn’t any easier but Mike’s specialty is a classic crème brulee served with a fresh homemade doughnut and jam made with seasonal berries.
After all of that you will need to let your dinner go down so take a seat in the bar or the lounge and finish your evening with an Irish coffee or nightcap.
