All four of our New Forest Hotels have won AA rosettes for their culinary excellence. Each of our chef’s takes pride in the food they cook and they create dishes that reflect the seasons and that are inspired by the surrounding New Forest.

Breakfast, lunch, cream tea, dinner and bar snacks are all available to both hotel guests and non-residents, so invite your friends to join you in eating a New Forest-inspired meal while watching the sun set across the open heathland. Booking is recommended.

The Exbury Restaurant at the Beaulieu Hotel serves carefully created food in a relaxed restaurant which opens directly onto the patio area of the landscaped gardens. In the summer months you can appreciate the fresh forest air with the French doors of the restaurant open out onto the patio and can choose to dine al fresco if you prefer. Whilst in the winter you will feel snug and romantic with the curtains drawn and the fire lit.
