Our forest retreat, the Beaulieu Hotel is the perfect destination for families with children of all ages wanting to swap the stress of everyday life for the peaceful surroundings of the New Forest. As with all our hotels in the New Forest there is plenty to do in and around the hotel.
You can take afternoon tea in the gardens, play games in the gardens, take a picnic (prepared by our chefs for you) into the forest, or relax in the heated indoor swimming pool. If you are lucky you may get to see the ponies which frequently wait to see you at the front door.
The Beaulieu Hotel is only minutes away from the centre of Beaulieu and nearby to so many Hampshire and New Forest attractions and activities designed to give everyone a great day out.
As with all our New Forest Hotels we have a selection of family rooms specially designed for your comfort with secluded bunk beds, so children can share your room but with their own space. For those younger guests we also provide cots and bed-guards. A number of the family rooms are also large enough to take an extra bed so families of five won’t miss out on staying together.
Our child friendly team will do all they can to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay with us. Our head chef Mike and his team have designed a special children’s à la carte menu so they won’t miss out on trying the delicious food. We have highchairs so smaller children can dine in comfort with you in the dining room. However, if you decide that you would like to dine without your young ones our staff will happily provide a listening service so you can have a relaxing dinner or drink in the bar while your children sleep.
If all this doesn’t sound tempting enough, consider that all children under the age of 2 (infants) stay and eat for free when sharing your room. Children aged three and over will be charged as follows:
