Beaulieu Hotel is on the outskirts of Beaulieu and close to Lyndhurst, the capital of the New Forest, and Lymington, a Georgian market town on the coast. It's within easy reach of the airports at Southampton and Bournemouth, and a short drive from the M27.
Our hotel in Beaulieu is ideal for visitors who want a eco-friendly holiday thanks to the small railway station that serves this part of the New Forest, with trains arriving from Poole and London. There are boutique shops to browse in Beaulieu, and be prepared to share the pavement and roads with roaming donkeys and New Forest ponies.
Every Saturday there is a market in nearby Lymington, and ferries depart regularly from here to the Isle of Wight. Other local sights and attractions include Lepe Country Park, which played an important part in the D-Day landings, and the 200 acre Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway. Also close to Beaulieu Hotel are golf courses and riding schools, and if you time it right you can attend one of the regular auctions of ponies and other animals owned by the New Forest commoners at the Beaulieu Road Sales yard directly opposite the hotel.
