We had afternoon tea with 38 friends, the staff couldn't be more helpful and polite. The food was delicious, service fantastic and hotel clean and welcoming !! "Just back at work after a super long weekend at your hotel - Bartley Lodge. Both my husband and I and our two boys (aged 5 and 3) loved it there and we found all staff very friendly and approachable and the facilities to be great. We had never been in the New Forest before, and we were impressed by the suggestions for activities and things to do and see given to us by your receptionist. As a result - we had some super days out and about before heading back to relax by the pool and the dinner. The food was also great and we loved the opportunity to eat separately to our kids (who ate at around 6.00/6.30). We will be back!"
